Well hello there! Long time no see! Time for an exciting update!

Today Kalypso Media announced at E3 they are releasing an HD remaster of Praetorians, scheduled for a Q4 2019 release! If you're wondering, Kalypso Media acquired the rights for Commandos, Imperial Glory and Praetorians from Pyro Studios a while back.

If you are a true Praetorians fan and also using Spotify, we'd like to suggest an album you want to add to your playlist; the official soundtrack (OST) of Praetorians is available on Spotify. If you don't have a (free) Spotify account yet, this might be a reason to consider it.

It's been a while since some actual news has been posted so let's change that.

I just came across a post on the Eidos forums by [c++]RakonDark mentioning that map number 100 has been released by modders for Praetorians.

Hi all,

You probably have noticed that our site is filled with warning messages. It seems to be limited to the frontpage so viewing the content shouldn't be a problem. We're looking into fixing this.

If you're getting bored of the multiplayer maps included with the game you should head over the website Abacvs. They are hosting a lot of user created maps which brings you hours of online and skirmish joy! If you feel like creating a map of your own visit our partner site Mod-Project (Spanish website, but look under "descargas" for a map editor and other tools).

Scott Kevill has developed a program called GameRanger. It allows you to play with your friends online quick and easy.

It has full lobby support for over 500 different games including Praetorians (for a full list see his website). And all that without the hassles and headaches that usually happen with network connections (eg. routers & firewalls)!
